When did you realize that you were an HSP?
I think when I was a child, I could feel that I was experiencing the world around me quite differently than most people were. Dreams were really hard for me, especially bad dreams. I would wake up and carry the emotions from my dream throughout the entire day, sometimes even throughout the next few days. Things seemed to get to me a lot more, I was also very lonely and introverted.

I always felt like the black sheep compared to those around me. Growing up I would be moved, disturbed, or irritated with something, while my family and friends remained indifferent. I am a very passionate person, so it was hard for me to understand why others were not feeling what I was feeling, causing me to appear self-righteous and neurotic.
